The Framework
Companies are scored across seven categories — Message, Commercial Readiness, Technical Credibility, Pilot & Deployment, Team, Capital Strategy Fit, and Story — against similar companies in their space.
A second score, built from recorded working sessions and the documents behind the story — the round that hasn't been announced yet, the pilot data still sitting in a dashboard. The distance between this line and the outside-in line is the perception gap, and closing it is the job.
