Currently, Ted fuels the growth of early-stage startups in these industries by guiding them through customer discovery, market research, and go-to-market strategies.

Elayne leads Capital Energy's brand strategy and identity development for our member/portfolio companies and our strategic ClimateTech clients. She travels internationally directing branded content storytelling for our partners.
Elayne holds a PhD in International Politics and is a professional documentary filmmaker who has produced and directed videos in South Asia, Australia, The Middle East and North America. In addition to photographing and recording with our ClimateTech clients, she is currently developing a documentary series about decarbonizing heavy industries in diverse regions of the world.
